Shudder

Posted by Thumbelina on January 19, 2005 at 05:36:53:

Many nights as I'm going to sleep I get a deep shudder, it seems to come from my chest and spread all over my body. It's terrifying because I think I'm having a heart attack but as soon as it's over I'm fine. Does anyone know what it is? I am a healthy, physically active 34-year-old and none of the conditions on this site seem to fit.
