Thank-you for your response to my own posting on SP. My own SP so far, and 'touch wood never' has not involved creatures or spirits just the inabilty to move and sometimes difficulty to breath. Anyhow thanks for taking the time to respond and I agree reading about it does help in some way and can even reduce the amount of attacts.
