Moaning While Sleeping

My wife has told me that I recently started moaning in my sleep. It has gotten so bad that she cannot sleep through the night because of me. I had a slight case of strep throat right before this started happening and I still have a residual cough. I have read other posts where this is suggested as sleep apnea, but I do not think that I have any pauses in breathing. Please help.
