Hey there, no I have not experienced choking with the seizures as such but usually I can breathe so maybe that is the same kind of thing. It is definately like a panic attack so your doctor may be right. The question is how do we overcome them! Panic attacks in your sleep cannot be directly attributed to anything other than nightmares I guess? If I find anything more out I will certainly send a posting. And if anyone else has any explanations or advice it would be most welcome!
