Morning headache, dry mouth, bathroom visits, tired, etc. all point to a breathing disorder during sleep. Weight has nothing to do with OSA. Can occur even if you are very thin. Snoring is not always present.
In people where lots of movements occur during sleep, apnea's can be triggering sleep talking, sleep walking, sometimes violent behavior and may have something to do with the unconscious sex attempts.
You need to see a sleep specialist. Sooner the better because safety for you and your partner is imperative.
