Hi, im 19 yo male... as for as long as i remebember i alaways had a problem with sleeping. Whether it was not falling asleep or not being tired.
Although couple month ago, i started getting this feeling, that right before i fall a sleep i get this feeling of falling... and i would wake up. After a month or so i stopped. But i started getting, these "electric jolts". I've did my search on this forum, i found a couple of topics that related but nothing that helped.
These jolts would happen also right before falling asleep, at first it always took me by surprise and i would wake up thinking wtf?!?!?! (it would happen multiple times a night).
Now i kind of just wake up before it happens, because i can feel it coming... It like this tingling sensation in my head/neck, that would just "fire" in to my chest and wake me up.
Also lately the body jerks also started.

Im really sick and tired. Most of the sleep i have to get during the day if possible, because i don't get any of these symptoms during the day (if i sleep).

this was around 2 months ago, it went away, but couple days ago it started again.

im not on any medication... never been on any (excepts antibiotics)

however i was diagnoses with lime disease. and after that disease, is when this started happening.
