I sleep with carpal tunnel wrist supports. The problem is that during sleep my hands and legs experience the type of feeling you get when you cut off circulation, numbness, tingling, burning sensations. The legs, from knees down, also hurt at times and upon awakening it is difficult to walk for the first few minutes. These sensations gradually return to a near normal state after being up and moving about for a while. Throughout the day and while up, moving, walking, etc., things feel somewhat normal with the exception of some feet sensations. The problem is only during sleep or when in a sleep position for a period of time.
