Sorry, I have to ask:

Do these panic attacks during sleep occur more often in the mornings?

Do they appear to be related in anyway to congestion due to seasonal allergies?

Do they appear to happen more often when you are sleeping on your back?

Do you drink a lot of caffeine?

Do you snore?
