Do these panic attacks during sleep occur more often in the mornings?

During sleep. Sometimes I will wake up nervous for no reason.

Do they appear to be related in anyway to congestion due to seasonal allergies?

I don't have any allergies.

Do they appear to happen more often when you are sleeping on your back?

I usually sleep on my side. Although I believe I wake up on my back. Why, is there a difference?

Do you drink a lot of caffeine?

No, very rarely. The most caffeine I'll get is from coke or pepsi, but I don't normally drink soda.

Do you snore?

I have been told I snore a few times but I don't really know for sure.
