I am not a circadian specialist but to me having a temp of 100 degrees seems high so I would expect something else is going on to cause such an increase. Maybe your body is having to make extra effort while sleeping.

You should seek the advice of a local sleep specialist. You can also try the sleep test on this site. Here is the link.
