Posted by jackson18 on November 05, 2007 at 17:01:01:For a while now ive been having a weird sleeping problem. I used to sleep so heavily id sleep walk and talk while sleeping all the time. Now it takes at least an hour to fall asleep. And as im starting to fall asleep I feel like a wave will come over me and ill just wake up and this will happen a couple times until I fall alseep. Also I never feel fully rested when I wake up and am tired through the day. I used to rarely remember my dreams now I feel like I have multiple every night. If anybody has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
