I have always had vivid dreams and sleep paralysis but they are now escalating into other issues. I am 31, female, divorced for a number of years, and recently started having major sleep issues. I am finding that it takes me 2 hours to fall asleep, once asleep I sleep for no longer than 3 hours, awake in the middle of the night, cannot go back to sleep for several hours, then find myself falling asleep about 1-2 hours before my alarm clock. I am averaging 4 hours of sleep per night, but broken up into 2 2 hour sleep sessions. The most disturbing part of this though are my dreams. They are incredibly vivid and life like that many times I wake not knowing if it really happened or not. Sometimes they are scary/stressful, other times they are not, but the accuracy and vividness that I am experiencing is scaring me. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks I know this is a long one......
