Help me..has anyone ever heard of this?? It's as if I have Tourretts syndrome but only when Im falling asleep..
I go to bed at night and lay there and as I start to relzx and doze off all of a sudden I start yelling out loud in some strange language..weird noises and stuff..laughing also..I can hear myself but I have no control over it until I have snapped back out of it..
Its terrible..last night I even kicked my kid and knew it but had no control!@ I sat up over and over last night praying and begging for God to make it stop..finally about an hour and a half later I was asleep..
Anyways , if anyone has heard of this please email me
