Chewing in my sleep????

I have looked through most of the posts on here and can't find anything similar to my problem :( my boyfriend keeps complaining that i wake him up, chewing or swallowing in my sleep, making generally "weird noises" i know its not grinding cos my dentist says my teeth are fine, and im pretty sure i dont stop breathing, i always have a very dry mouth though anyone have any ideas???
