For the last several years I have had this strange senasation that I'm waking up, but when I wake I awake to still being in a dream where I am in fear. More often, I find it very difficult to wake up and usally I find myself shaking my head as if I signaling a violent "no". Moreover, I'll shke my fist or feel like I'm yelling at someone or some "thing" a presence in the room! Weird? Yes! Usually, I'm yelling something in defiance to whatever it is I feel won't let me wake! Also and usally at the same time, I feel like my body is beginning to lift, but I feel like I have to refuse it to. I have allowed myself to feel like I am rising while fearful, but eventually awake by shaking my head or puncing or poindung my fist. What's is this about?
