A MSLT with a mean sleep latency of 15 mins means you didn't fall asleep. So according to the test you were not sleepy. Hard to call it IH without excessive sleepiness during the day.

I haven't seen your sleep study so can't comment on what can be causing your sleepiness (when you are not taking a MSLT).

I'm not a sleep doc but I've scored many MSLT's and this is just my opinion.
