Hey Megan, I recently just went through this whole process myself and was finally diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnolence. My MSLT results weren't that different from yours. I don't really have any advice for you, but just wanted to say I know how it feels to be tired and not know if there's something wrong. I was so happy to get a diagnosis I nearly kissed my doctor! Hang in there and see what else they can do...being tired sucks and nobody really seems to understand...
