It could be several things. RBD (rem behavior disorder), a parasomnia, nocturnal seizures, medication reactions, etc.

This can be dangerous not only to others bout also for yourself. You need to see a sleep specialist in your area who will have access to your medical records to determine if you need a sleep study. Many times a diagnosis can be made and treatment started without a sleep study.

It is very important for you to see a sleep specialist.
