I can sleep for england, I can sleep for 12 hours at night, and then "nap" for 2-3 hours, and not be affected at night, and drop off within 15 minutes. I've recently been having nightmares (dreaming I'm in foreign places, and left alone.. very mangled!), I grind my teeth, and often wake up with a startle (after a two second dream I'm falling). Seriously.. is this normal, or do I need help? Coz I'm getting annoyed at being tired all the time, even though I've had a good sleep!!
