I was tested for sleep apnea and it was determined I have mixed apnea with central being the worse.

That is when I had the trach.

After many tests I was told I had to keep the trach in order to work on the centrals.

That is when the decline went from rapid to slow which persists now.

Central was determined through sleep studies and then revealed the damage to the stem from the accident years before.
