someone please help. I squeeze my wrist or arms all night and wake up in a great deal of pain. No one understands how much I hurt when I wake up and I have no idea what this condition may be called. If I am not squeezing myself I have my fist clinched so tight that my hands kill me when I wake up. I squeeze my self so tight I cut off the circulation to my hands. Thanks for any help.
