Doesn't sound like a typical sleep disorder. My best guess, without knowing you complete medical history or medications you are on, would be nocturnal seizures.

If you keep squeezing the same spots, it would increase the possibility.

Either way, I would highly recommend seeing a sleep specialist who is also a neurologist.
