I am a night owl. I go to sleep at around 5am and wake up at noon,
My life since I was 14 years old has revolved around sleep.
I feel very sleepy during the day. I am fine for about 2 hrs after I wake up, then I feel very sleepy. I can wrestle with this sleepiness for an hour, then have a productive couple of hours before I really feel sleepy again. I then have lunch and optimally a nap (I like 2hr naps). I only feel really awake after this nap. My most productive hrs are 9pm-3am.
My life has been a struggle on how to stay awake, and scheduling everything so that I can feel awake when I work. I crave periods when I feel alert. I am fine if interacting with other people, but I sit to work by myself I feel like taking a nap.

I am also a very light sleeper, I awaken if someone just comes into my room.

Help ?
