Hi all-

I have had 4 sleep studies and each have shown that I got 0% 0 min of non-rem stage 3 & 4 sleep. As I am sure many of you know that these stages are responsible for restorative, restful sleep or deep sleep. I wake up exhausted every morning and they thought it was depression etc. But I am mad b/c none of the 3 sleep specialists even mentioned the critical lack of SWS. I was diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia (aka excessive daytime sleepiness). Tried Provigial, stimulants (adderal)and Xyrem--GHB is the only medicine that works. Interested in others' experience.
