Success story: Defeating "Non-24"

To those of you with Circadian Rhythm disorders:

After many years of experimenting, I have finally beaten the Non-24 Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome without long-term use of drugs or melatonin. My natural rhythm is 25h50min long, and trying to live on the 24hr clock always caused me to become exhausted and eventually sick (I was lucky to be able to live on my natural clock for a long time).

Now, I waken in the early morning every day at the same time after sleeping soundly for 8 hours. I feel great every day, usually the whole day long -- and as you can imagine, this has completely changed my prospects.
