Hi
My fiance and I recently got engaged and moved into a new flat together. He's a very light sleeper and I'm driving him crazy with some very strange sleep behaviour. I make a strange loud noise (a bit like Chewbacca apparently) while violently rubbing at my right ear. My fiance says it's as if I'm awake but I have no memory of it. If he tries to stop me, I elbow him in the face and have given him a bloody nose more than once. I am also very tired during the day and rarely feel refreshed after sleep. Does anyone have any ideas of a diagnosis or what I can do to help? Apart from being embarassing it's not doing our relationship any good. My fiance's already talking about separate rooms and we're not even married yet!
