Hello!
I am 21 year old student.
I have some sleep trouble and I tried the test on your site and it showed me various results from sleep apnea to insomnia and narcolepsy so I am not sure what problem I really have or have them all together.

I usually go to sleep no later than 23:00 or even 22:00. But sometimes when I am stressful and nervous I can sleep and keep thinking about things and cant fall sleep for at least two-three hours. Sometimes even more. Rare times when I excess too may alcohol I cant sleep completely.
But when I do fall asleep I cant wake up and having heavy head or headaches. Since I bought Buckwheat filled pillow I sleep better but still when I cant fall asleep I cant.In mornings I woke up with nightmares and dreams.

But in daytime I feel sleepy, I regularly yawn, feeling tired, loosing energy and drink lot of coffee to stay awake. Last weak I had sleep attacks at University lectures, my eyes were closing down and almost fall asleep in lecture. Even if I slept good I still need to sleep in all daytime and sometimes at home I give up and fall asleep for three hours. I cant do like that if I planing to work in future. I also sometimes snore and have an cramp attack when I move my feet.
Can you give some advise on what problem I really do have and how to cope with that. Thank you!
