Well, you most likely have a mild case of sleep-wake disorder (a serious case is when you've been paralyzed by aliens and anally probed :-). Lots of people get these minor cases during naps because they haven't had time to get deeper than REM sleep (I get that thing where I hear someone shout my name). However, the thing that triggers it could be a coincidental other physical problem of some kind--anything from a chronic nerve pinch to something more serious. Best to check with a family doctor about that symptom first.
