Posted by Musipal on November 02, 2009 at 06:37:53:After an intense bout of work where I was frequently sleeping between 4-6 hrs a night I've found myself unable to go back to the normal 8 I was used to before I had this insane schedule. It seems no matter what I wake up after roughly 6 hrs of sleep tired or not no matter when i go to bed. Is anyone familiar with this problem and possibly have a way to readjust? It's been months since I needed to work as hard as i did for that short time and I've tried melatonin which seems to make no difference... I'm trying to avoid any of the artificial sleep aids like ambien...
