Hi,

Last night I had some quite vivid dreams, and then halfway through I awoke suddenly. When I did I saw a cylinder typer object by my bed which was see-through and remained there for a good few seconds. I realised it shouldnt of been there etc...but obviously im a little worried?? Is this kind of normal? or not??!
