Posted by BB on March 02, 2000 at 12:26:07:Recently, I've been seeing someone, and they finally decided to sleep over. Well, after a few weeks, she told me that I laugh in my sleep several times a night. She said I laugh every night sometimes four or five times a night. She has trouble sleeping because of it. She also says I roll around restlessly and kick during the course of the night. She now sleeps on the other side of the bed. Also, I guess I sort of snore too. I don't snore as often as I laugh I guess. I bought some of those nose tabs and it hasn't been as big a problem. From some of the posts I've read, it seems like I might have a problem. Yes, I'm fatigued all the time, but isn't everyone? It just seems like I have so many strikes against me like snoring, laughing in my sleep, restlessness( aka moving all over the bed and kicking).
What does laughing your sleep mean?
