Chest Pain!

I can't sleep more than 5-6 hours before being wakened by a consistant chest pain! It's not centralized but spread evenly over my chest. At first I thought I was allergic to my pillow but Iv'e changed everything and can't get rid of the nagging pain! When I get out of bed and stand up, the pain very quickly goes away. What is going on?
