I know this is a stab in the dark but for years now my biological rythm seems to
follow a 48 hour cycle instead of a 24 hour cycle. One 24 hour period I will
arise after seven or so hours of sleep and feel fine. The next morning I will feel
tired and it worsens as the day passes. I feel like I have been awakened in the
middle of the night and told to be up and about as usual. I’m not sure if this
started four years ago (when I had a stroke) or more recently. I would like to
break the pattern. I’d be interested in any ideas on how to do this and whether
anyone has heard of other examples of this.
