I am a 47 year old man. I suffer form frequent nightmares; otherwise, I am very happy with my wife, children and life in general.
I have had nightmares since childhood. I am usually chased or involved in a violent altercation.

Any books? Any professioals who specialize in the Philadelphia Pa suburbs?
