I just found out i have Bruxism(grinding teeth at night)
I've been doing this since i was practiacally a baby and have been doing it at least 3 to 4 nights a week since then of course i wouldn't know this if ppl didn't wake me up to tell me.The worst part about having this disorder is the fact that I get woken up in the middle of the night by my husband telling me to stop grinding my teeth! I tried to explain to him I have no control over it but he doesn't understand. I recently quit a very stressful job and it has "slowed down" SOME not completly. I still have a house to take care of and a 11 month old son who i noticed has started grinding himself.
I Was wondering if there is a "cure" for this disorder and if so what does it consist of. I can't stand it b/c in the moring i'm usually more tired than when i went to bed and my mouth aches sometimes.

Pleasse help,
Crystal
