I also grind my teeth and clench my jaws at night. I was told this when I was about 15 and am 29 now. I was having problems with my ears and jaws hurting. Anyway, I was given a mouth guard. The one the dentist fits you for are good but expensive. I have been using the ones you can buy at any department store for about three years and it seems to work just as well. This is the only treatment I have received and it works for me but your Dr or others may know of other treatments so keep checking.
