I too wear a mouthguard for bruxism but it is not working. It is flexible and fitted and cost about $300. The problem is my teeth still hurt. During the day, I mean. In fact, I cannot chew on the left side because if I do then a tremdous pain radiates through my teeth into my brain and I feel like I'm gonna die of the pain. Between sleep apenea - treated with cpap and this bruxism Im kind of a mess at night, I wish someone would suggest some other treatment. When I wake in the am my teeth are clenched shut on the guard. I do have a stressfilled job and that is not possible to change. I am almost 50 and have been grinding since at least 15. Help!!
