I too grind my teeth, as WELL as rock, as WELL as snore, and I'm told by my wife she's heard me "stop breathing and then gasp for air" the few times I HAVE been allowed to sleep with her! :-)

I am no expert on Bruxism, but I had once heard that there are certain daytime exercises one can do to lessen or even stop grinding - the one I'd heard of was, during the day, while awake, to bear down on your teeth, clench them, hold for 10 seconds, relax, do it again, and a few more times - supposedly this done a few times a day will eventually work some kind of bodily magic and reduce or stop the grinding.
Anyone have any success w/this?

Yours in sleep disorders,

Eric
