cleaning a mattress

The mattress is queen size foam rubber 60 x 80 x 6" thick covered only with ticking. The wetting was in one episode and left a visible stain about 24" in diameter appearing on both top and bottom sides, which makes it seem as if the urine travelled mostly straight down. The mattress has held up very well, showing almost no wear and tear after about 20 years of use. What are the chances of correcting this soilage? Thanks for your guidance. G.
