I'd be really interested to hear what you know about memory foam ~ are they all the same, or is it worth it to buy the more expensive brands? What about the mattress toppers, are they worthwhile, or is it necessary to get a mattress? And what about the pillows? I've seen all of these things in an incredible range of prices.
I'm pretty sure some of my sleep problems right now are directly related to my mattress, but I hate to spend a lot of money, especially if they're essentially all the same.
