Speaking as one with diabeties and Neuropathy in my lower legs and feet, neuropathy is damage to the nerves in my legs and feet.It started in my toes and has slowly worked it way up to the calves of my legs. The blood circulation in them is still pretty good.So Far.I have used a foam mattress for many years and would not have anything else. The pillow top is an innerspring matress with a soft extra pillow top attached.
