If you are referring to a mattress "topper" made of memory foam, I have one I bought a year or so ago and have had no problem with blood circulation using it. It's not exactly a miracle cure for anything, of course, but it's comfortable. I also have diabetes and poor circulation in my legs and feet, so I would be quick to notice any changes. But nuthin'.
I must say I cannot imagine how a piece of foam or even an entire mattress could in any way cut down on oxygen in the blood. Or have any effect one way or the other on sleep apnea, for that matter. But then I cannot imagine how bone manipulation can cure ailments other than muscle aches, either.
On the other hand, I do agree that a mattress that doesn't suit you can make you feel crummy.
