Yes, you guessed right ~ I got it on the internet from Affordable Mattress (I hope it's okay to identify the source here). The pillowcase is some kind of fuzzy material with a tag that says "made by WCW Inc."; there is no label of any kind on the inner foam piece. I'm going to call and complain about the maker!

I got a travel pillow, not because it was cheaper, but because I like sleeping with a smaller pillow ~ doesn't make me feel so crowded. The thick part is 4" and the thin part is 3"; I use the thinner end.

Like you, I breathe best when my sleep posture approximates my waking one, with my head slightly back and chin up. With a regular pillow, I feel like my chin sinks into my chest and puts a kink in my windpipe! With my old mattress, I didn't use any pillow at all when sleeping on my back, but the new one is firmer and I seem to need something under my head.

My neck feels a little less bothered each day; I'll take your advice and give it a try for at least a few more days.

Thanks! ~ Ruby
