I'm glad I've found this forum, because I have some problems I can't even figure out. I usually wake up in my sleep every night on some occasions. I can't move, but I'm awake. Most of the time, my eyes are open. This usually happens when I'm about to go to sleep, but there have been occasions I've woken up in the middle of the night this way. I've had this problem for years, and since high school I've never really slept full nights on a regular basis. The problem seem to be worse, I was stuck in this condition for it felt like 5 LONG minutes one Sunday evening. This is getting very scary, and now I'm waking up in this conditioned terrified, thinking I'm dying. Can anyone explain to me what's going on?
