I love this story! Thank you for Bill sharing it.

I would recommend to anyone who is having a problem with ANY brand of mattress to print out a copy of this story. When you file your complaint with the company, include a copy of this letter. Put them on notice that you expect an extraordinary response to your complaint. (But, I'm afraid, you may not be able to expect quite the level of incredible service that Bill received).

Competition can do a variety of things. One of those things is to force a higher level of quality service. It looks as though the owner of the Spring Air factory (He would be the owner of the factory, not of Spring Air) in British Columbia is prepared to raise the stakes. He should be congratulated and thanked.

Custom modifying a mattress may not be built into the pricing structure of the everyday purchase, but the everyday purchase will be fine for most people most of the time. But it is rewarding to know that some companies will go the extra lengths necessary to satisfy a customer.

Yep, I love this story! Again, thank you Bill for sharing it!
