Husband Snores

Posted by NeedSomeSleep on January 18, 2001 at 13:46:22:

My husband snores, and I used to be able to sleep through it, but I must be a lighter sleeper now because it wakes me up every night now. Trouble is that I'm newly pregnant, and can only begin to imagine how it will be when I'm much more pregnant and really need sleep.

He's tried breath right strips, but they do nothing. I've tried sleeping with earplugs, but they don't work anymore and they make my ears hurt.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Also.. is there any way to teach myself to be a deeper sleeper again? Since I'm pregnant, I don't want to take anything.

Thanks so much!
