Thanks for the feedback! What you said is very interesting. Is there any literature on REM related sleep disorders (especially on the web)? I'd really like to learn more about it before I take action. Speaking of which, does "go to get help" mean go to a sleep clinic? Or a neurologist? Although I'd like to find a solution to my problem, I'm also fairly wary of taking drugs to solve the problem...
