I have talked to many people today

and no one has ever slept 20 hours w/o getting up, but lots of kids have gone 20+ hours w/o sleeping. Which is typical of college students. Should I talk to my docter - this is the first time I've slept so long - is it possible that my body choose to sleep instead of getting sick or something?
