You can have your melatonin levels tested to see if your circadian rythmn is backwards. A lab that does it is Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab. You can contact them to get a list of physicians in your area that use them. I have had some help with this. My circadian rythmn is backwards. I take melatonin at night and use a light box in the morning. It helps to get me going. Good luck! www.gsdl.com
