night sweats

I am a 39 year old white female who has experienced about six episodes of night sweats. I have had a thyroid level checked in the past several months. Other than this, I feel great, exercise, have lost 30+ lbs over the past six months. I'm getting paranoid thinking of possible problems. Anybody have any easy answers?
